Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality healthcare. We are currently seeking a provider for the  area to consult with patients in nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all diagnosis, comfortable with the geriatric population, have advanced communication skills with patients and referring physicians, and be willing to provide professional insight into the rehab needs of the patients residing in skilled nursing facilities.
