We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or strong interest in Endocrinology to join our dedicated clinical team.

Make a Meaningful Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in managing chronic endocrine disorders in geriatric patients, helping to improve quality of life and reduce preventable hospitalizations. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluation and ongoing management of common endocrine disorders in older adults, such as:
  • Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
  • Thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism)
  • Other endocrine disorders
• Adjustment of medications, including insulin and non-insulin therapies
• Utilization of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology for diabetic management
• Monitoring labs and clinical signs to prevent complications and hospitalizations
• Collaborating with facility staff, primary care teams, and endocrinology consultants for coordinated care

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• Clinical experience or interest in endocrine care, especially within geriatric populations
• Knowledge of endocrine pharmacotherapy and evidence-based management
• A collaborative, proactive, and patient-focused approach to care
